TAGFS Announces The Americas Group Financial Services (TAGFS) is pleased to announce that it's licensee, TAGFS SA - Panama, has just established an exclusive strategic alliance with CrossHarbor Capital's Yellowstone Club with the objective of marketing the Yellowstone Club's EB-5 project (YC EB5) throughout Latin America to qualified foreign investors who are seeking a permanent residence visa (Green Card). The EB-5 Visa Program is a U.S. Government sponsored platform which allows foreign investors to obtain a Green Card by investing capital in a U.S. project that creates ten full time jobs. In this specific project, the required investment is $500,000. Yellowstone Club is one of the world's most exclusive clubs and the only private ski and golf community located on 13,600 acres. The Community is in the Rocky Mountains in Big Sky, Montana, near the northwest corner of the Yellowstone National Park. The Club offers 15 ski lifts with over 60 private trails and is adjacent to Moonlight Basin resort and Big Sky resort. Within the Club property there is a lodge with restaurants, a spa, retail and other amenities for the exclusive use of the club's members. The total expansion will cost $286M with up to $140M sourced through EB-5 investors (280 investors). The project includes the construction of the Village Core with Restaurants, Retail and Spa plus 84 Condo units of which 18 have been pre-sold.
